3Legal Basis

The processing of your personal data is based on two grounds: your explicit consent when submitting the contact form (Article 27 of Organic Law No. 2004-63), and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and ensuring proper delivery of our services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Under Tunisian law, the National Authority for Personal Data Protection (INPDP) is the competent authority for data protection. Our processing is declared with the INPDP. You may file a complaint with the INPDP regarding the processing of your data: INPDP, Cité des Sciences, 1082 Tunis, Tunisia.
